Shipping Time

Depending on where you are located, orders shipped via UPS ground take approximately 1-5 business days. Orders shipped through USPS take around 1-5 business days.  The exception is during the holiday season, when orders might take a day or two longer!

Where is my order?

Please refer to your shipping confirmation e-mail to track your order.  Sometimes tracking takes up to 24 hours from shipment to update, so please wait 1-2 days from shipment before e-mailing us for a status update. 

What if I need to change my address? 

Please contact us immediately at if you need to change your address. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address for their order; if your order has already shipped, we will not be able to change your address or refund you for your order.    

I think my order is lost.

Please wait 5 business days for domestic orders, and 10 business days for international orders before contacting us about lost packages. Weather delays and customs delays can often hold up packages for longer than usual.  After the waiting period, if your package still hasn’t been updated in tracking or delivered, you may contact us at and we will assist you. 

Customs fees

International customers are responsible for paying any and all customs fees associated with ordering internationally.  Please make sure you are aware of how much your country will charge before ordering.  We will not refund your order if you choose to not pay the customs fees.
