Shipping, Processing & Return Policy

Order Processing & Shipping

Most of our products are custom-made to order. Once your order is placed, it will get designed (and in some cases need approval) before it goes into production specifically for you. Processing times vary by product:

  • Doormats currently have an estimated 3-5 business day processing time (shipping time isn't included in the estimate).

  • Acrylic boards currently have an estimated 5-7 business day processing time (shipping time isn't included in the estimate).

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

  • Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Exchanges (On custom or personalized products)

Because most of our products are customized and personalized (including last names, dates, or other personal information), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has gone to production.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personalized doormats

  • Personalized acrylic wall mounted and magnetic boards

  • Complete customized products

Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order, as we print exactly what is entered at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the item.
